By accessing or using banlys.com (the "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

These Terms govern your use of banlys.com itself, including the Lattice product pages hosted at banlys.com/lattice and the Tare informational pages at banlys.com/tare. Standalone products and programs operating on their own domains have their own terms, which govern use of those services.

2. Banly's, LLC

The Website is operated by Banly's, LLC, a Texas limited liability company formed in fall 2025. Throughout these Terms, "Banly's," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Banly's, LLC. See the Legal & IP Register for ownership of record across our trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, and software — is the property of Banly's, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Registered trademarks include JUJU PARANORMAL^®, PRO-TOCAST^®, and JUJU^®, each registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Software copyrights include the JuJu Paranormal source code, registered with the United States Copyright Office (Reg. No. TX0009589325). Patent applications are pending in connection with the JuJu Paranormal, Tare Program, and Lattice technologies. Full details are listed in the Legal & IP Register.

Any use of Banly's intellectual property — including reproduction, distribution, derivative works, or use of the registered marks — without express written permission from Banly's, LLC is strictly prohibited.

4. Patent and trademark status

References to "Patent Pending" or "Patents Pending" indicate that one or more patent applications have been filed but not yet granted. There is no guarantee that any patent will issue. Banly's, LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the ultimate issuance, validity, scope, or enforceability of any pending application.

Registered marks are used in connection with the goods and services identified in the underlying USPTO registrations. The ® symbol denotes federal registration; use of the symbol does not extend rights beyond the registration itself.

5. Licensing inquiries

This Website provides information about Banly's technology and intellectual property, some of which may be available for licensing. Inquiries submitted through this Website do not create a license, partnership, or any other binding agreement.
