What Banly's is, what we own, and which terms govern what.

Entity

Banlys, LLC is a Texas limited liability company, formed in fall 2025, with its principal workshop in East Texas. We operate the Banly's portfolio of programs and products described on this site.

Where this site uses "Banly's," "we," "us," or "our," the term refers to Banlys, LLC. Each of our programs operates its own business under its own domain and its own terms.

Registered trademarks

The following marks are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and owned by Banlys, LLC:

JUJU PARANORMAL® — International Class 009 · Downloadable software in the nature of a mobile application.

PRO-TOCAST® — International Class 007 · Casting machines.

JUJU® — International Class 028 · Board games.

All other product names, logos, and brands referenced on this site are property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply endorsement.

Patents pending

Patent applications have been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office covering technology in the following programs:

  • JuJu Paranormal — field instrument stack and supporting methods
  • Tare Program — holdout evaluation methodology for multi-AC GNSS clock comparison
  • Lattice — confidence-gated retrieval and ranking architecture

"Patent pending" indicates that an application has been filed but not yet granted. There is no guarantee that any patent will issue, and Banlys, LLC makes no representations regarding the ultimate validity or enforceability of any pending application.

Each program operates under its own terms and privacy policy on its own domain. Use of those services is governed by the documents posted on those sites, not by these Banly's site terms.

These terms and the operation of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this site or these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
